InHaus Lab does not perform mitigation, remediation, or corrective services. Any recommendations provided are for general guidance only and do not obligate InHaus Lab to implement or perform any such services.
2. Nature of Results and Limitations
All findings and results reflect conditions only at the time and location of testing and are based on samples collected in accessible areas. Conditions may vary due to weather, occupancy, usage, maintenance practices, or building modifications.
InHaus Lab does not guarantee the presence or absence of environmental conditions outside the scope of testing and is not responsible for changes in conditions after testing. InHaus Lab is also not responsible for errors or omissions by third-party laboratories.
Reports are prepared for the Customer’s use, and any third-party use or interpretation is at the Customer’s own risk.
3. Informational Use Only
All reports and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice and do not diagnose health conditions or guarantee health or safety outcomes.
Customers are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for any health, legal, or remediation decisions.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide access to the property, supply accurate and complete information, and follow any instructions related to testing or sample collection.
Failure to do so may affect the accuracy of results, and InHaus Lab is not responsible for resulting inaccuracies.
